We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how we handle refunds.
Digital products are non-refundable
Because our PDFs are delivered instantly to your email, all sales are final once the file has been sent. We cannot verify whether a digital file has been opened, copied, or saved, so we are unable to offer refunds on successfully delivered products.
When we will help
If something went wrong with your order, we want to fix it. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:
- You received the wrong song (different from what you ordered).
- The PDF file is corrupted or unreadable.
- You were charged but never received the email with your PDF.
How to request a refund
Send an email to playwithd@gmail.com with:
- Your order email address
- The song(s) you purchased
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 48 hours.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
