Welcome to PlayWithD. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What we sell
PlayWithD sells digital PDF chord sheets designed to help beginners learn to play songs on guitar or piano. Each PDF includes chord diagrams, song structure, strumming or playing patterns, and partial lyric fragments to guide you through the song.
2. Digital delivery
All products are delivered digitally as PDF files sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical goods are shipped. No account creation is required — you simply enter your email and complete payment.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PlayWithD does not store your credit card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
4. Content and copyright
- Our chord sheets are original educational materials. Chord progressions, song structures, and chord diagrams are sourced from publicly available chord data — they are not reproductions of copyrighted sheet music.
- Lyric fragments included in our PDFs are partial only (short phrases to help you follow the song). We do not reproduce full song lyrics.
- PlayWithD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, songwriter, record label, or music publisher. All artist and song names are used solely for identification purposes.
5. License and personal use
When you purchase a PDF from PlayWithD, you receive a personal-use license. This means:
- You may use the PDF for your own personal learning and practice.
- You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or upload the PDF to any website or file-sharing service.
- Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer's email address to discourage unauthorized sharing.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective file or the wrong song, we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
